Well…my GMG smoker has been down for the count since Christmas. Sad part is I had to get it to Appleton for service as it was under warranty. Well, thanks to my daughters that happened AND I’m tickled as I picked it up in Clintonville on Friday at my daughters work. I also picked up my Grand Puppy to puppy sit for the weekend…a win win for the weekend. Well, it is the little things as not only a wonderful time with the dog BUT my rack of ribs were next to perfection. Was so good to smell the smoke ALL Day as the rack sat in that smoker from 11am to 6pm. OK…a little over done but they were still GREAT!!!! My splurge off the diet for the weekend and I didn’t even feel guilty. The GMG smoker is home and working again. So, what a great weekend and yes it IS the little things that made it feel like Christmas week. So…what should I put in the smoker next??
