Yes…of course we are a rock station. BUT…working at NRG Media we work at ALL our stations behind the scenes. One of those ways is to spend about 5 days out at the Hodag Country Festival. No fest last year for obvious reasons so this year was special. Was so good to see life getting back to normal a little bit. YES…I tried to wash my hands with sanitizer about 100 times during the day. It was so nice to see a lot of the regulars out there. It was like there was not a year without the Hodag Fest. Lots of smiles, lots of fun and working with the folks who own and run the Festival is such an honor. I’ve been to a LOT of festivals over the years and the Hodag Fest is one of the BEST for so many reasons. Yes, another year gone by and hope it’s the start of MANY more years to come. Have worked at WHDG radio basically when it started on the air the station and this event are very dear to my heart. As EVERYBODY out there says….”HAPPY HODAG”.
