Well…after announcing that he was taking up a residency David Lee Roth decided to add to that. He recently added that after that Vegas thing he will be retiring. A very “coded” announcement he made as many of the statements spelled something in a roundabout way. Could he be having (heaven forbid) health issues too? Is something else going on or is this a way to sell tickets to the 5 day run he’ll have to end things out. Rumor is the tickets sales aren’t going that well. Either way…I hope for the best for DLR that it isn’t something with his health. Never really been a fan of his. I was more on the Sammy version. Time will tell what’s really going on and if all is well with DLR I wish him the absolute best in his retirement. The next thing is…will he be back for a “Reunion Tour” one day down there road? They all seem to do that. Details forthcoming. I’ll keep you posted.
