With Valentines Day 1 week away it’s time for the men to do like many do at Christmas. Wait till last minute. The ONLY thing is Valentines is on a Monday this week so the last minute Sunday evening shopping may not pan out. Be careful. Then again, this holiday is not only for the ladies. Yes, guys do enjoy getting gifts as well. Only thing is are they as romantic? You really don’t expect to get a new part for a motorcycle or snowmobile helmut do you? Are there guys that do enjoy getting flowers? I guess it shouldn’t at all be out of the ordinary. It might be nice to have some sitting on your desk at work. Or chocolates? What guy doesn’t like gooey chocolates??? Alright, Valentines Day is romantic and yes leans a little toward the female demographic but ladies…you may want to think of something romantic to give your guy. A nice cologne? A gift certificate to his favorite coffee shop? Take HIM to dinner? OK…you get it. Google it. Guys, I don’t think we need to supply you with ideas at all. Either way celebrate what it’s all about. Don’t think of it as a commitment that you HAVE to celebrate. Remember, it’s not HOW much money you spend but HOW much thought is put in to it. Enjoy and remember…I like chocolate! 🙂
