Joe Kelly has been a Rock ‘n Roll fanatic for more than five decades. In the 60s, 70s and 80s, he hung out at radio stations in Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle and Chicago. In the 90s, he voiced and produced imaging for more than 100 Rock radio stations and produced and narrated radio and TV tour campaigns for dozens of major artists including the Rolling Stones, the Who, Pink Floyd, Rush and AC-DC. During his 15 years as Creative Director at ChicagoAV – SuperSpots, Joe produced and directed more than 5,000 TV projects for MTV, Vh-1 and for dozens of radio stations in the US and Canada. Joe now divides his time between Phoenix, AZ and Chicago, IL. He loves to hike, fish, travel, shop for antiques and he’s a big-time sports fan. Every Sunday morning, Joe, co-host Kate West and engineer Bill are up before sunrise. They head to the Sunrise Ranch in the high desert of Arizona. Once there, they do a fun-filled radio show they call SUNRISE SUNDAY. It’s 3 hours of Hall of Fame, Classic Rock ‘n Roll and the Sunday Funnies – all framed with some crazy Sunday morning conversation. Check it out and crank it up!
