Back To School?!

Is it me or are the school supplies coming out earlier each year.  Much like Christmas it seems like the school supplies are in stock and ready to go in early July?!  I guess it’s better than getting that damn list from the school and heading out the day before classes start up.  YES, that was me years ago.  I always swore that “if these stores would only put the supplies out earlier in the summer I could get a jump on things.”  Well, they have and of course I’m sure I would STILL be procrastinating until the last minute!  Boxes of Kleenex, scientific calculators, Crayola’s, paper…the list never ended.  YES…even gym shoes made the list.  Even with that long list that I put on the fridge in hopes of getting it all done sat there ALL SUMMER until the night or two before.  Then I would race around frustrated as hell when a few things were emptied on the shelves.  Did I ever learn my lesson?  Nope!  This is just a friendly reminder that the stores are putting things out earlier each year.  Meaning…they are making it easier for you to NOT procrastinate!  Take advantage!  Hard to believe now that we are seeing August that we are at that point already but it’s here!  Plenty of summer left so enjoy…we all know how fast it goes by.
