So, it’s that time of year again. “Do I get a flu shot again this year?” After all the shots I’ve endured the last couple years I don’t mind telling you that my entire life I’ve always HATED the needle! Not only that but I also need to get the Zoster shot for shingles PLUS I hear they have yet ANOTHER booster out. If I actually watch the needle go in I will faint. I’m sure that won’t be pretty so I look away and pray that it’s over quick…then the pinch. The BEST shot I got was actually last year. It was a booster shot and the nurse told me to put my right arm behind my back like a cop was going to arrest me. I did that and NEVER felt the needle pinch or anything. If ONLY I could have that nurse do all my shots I wouldn’t freak out so much. YES…so now you know. I can’t stand the site of my own blood and despise getting a shot. Wish me luck!
