WOW! I went to bed Friday Night and woke up Saturday and it was like when it went from black and white to color on the Wizard Of Oz!!!!! The snow…the humanity…the “Oh S**T” moment when I looked out the window. The only GOOD thing to come out of it was being stuck in the house for the morning. Meaning…I guess I’ll just have to have another cup of coffee and relax! It’s been a while since we’ve since totals like that in such a short time. Luckily it had already started to melt by mid-afternoon but WOW ! I even saw folks posting online that plows couldn’t keep up with the wet, heavy snow. One for the record books indeed. In fact, it jumped this years snowfall totals in to second place of all time in Rhinelander! OK…that’s enough. Let’s get on to that first 60 degree day. Here are some of the totals across the Northwoods… Minocqua 16″ / Rhinelander 14″ / Tomahawk 13″ / Phillips 15″. THAT’S ENOUGH!
